15-Day Refund Policy

At Fleet Compliance, we strive to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchase. If you are not satisfied with your Electronic Logging Device (ELD), you may request a refund within 15 days of the original purchase date.

Eligibility for Refund

To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

  1. Return Request: You must contact our customer service team within 15 days of the purchase date to request a refund.
  2. Condition of the ELD: The ELD must be in its original condition, without any damage, and must include all original accessories and packaging.
  3. Proof of Purchase: You must provide a valid proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for a refund:

  1. Shipping and Handling Fees: Any shipping and handling charges associated with the original purchase are non-refundable.
  2. Customized or Personalized Products: Products that have been customized or personalized are not eligible for a refund.
  3. Software Licenses: Any software licenses that have been activated are non-refundable.

Refund Process

  1. Initiate a Return: Contact our customer service team at enquiry@fleetcompliance.online or +1 4099417207 to initiate the return process. Please provide your order number and reason for the return.
  2. Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, you will receive a return authorization number and instructions on how to return the ELD.
  3. Ship the ELD: Package the ELD securely and ship it to the address provided in the return instructions. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
  4. Inspection and Approval: Once we receive the returned ELD, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria. If approved, a refund will be processed to the original method of payment.

Processing Time

Refunds will be processed within 15 business days after we receive and inspect the returned ELD. You will receive a notification once the refund has been processed. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your bank or credit card statement.
